The mill features latest Toyota Air Jet Looms, energy-efficient Air Compressors, a modern Humidification Plant, Power & Lighting Busways, and ON-Grid Solar PV system—successfully commissioned to the highest industrial standards ensuring cost effective and sustainable production.

SITE Association of Industry expresses its gratitude to Engr. The project was successfully commissioned in January 2022 and formally inaugurated on 4th June 2022 by Dr. Muhammad Sohail Rajput (Chief Secretary-Sindh) and Mr. Zubair Motiwala (Patron-in-Chief).

Engr. Muhammad Akbar provided exceptional engineering consultancy services for setting up of 160 KWp On-Grid Solar PV System on the rooftop of the historic Cotton Exchange building. The project enhanced the building’s architectural and historical value while delivering a sustainable and energy-efficient solution. Trial operations began in February 2024, and the system was successfully commissioned in June 2024.

Enerzone Engineering Services, our trusted engineering consultancy firm (2011–2018), played a pivotal role in transforming our power infrastructure from conventional grid supply to advanced and highly efficient Captive Power Co-Generation Plants. Their expertise further enabled the successful deployment of Multi-Energy Absorption Chillers, integrated HVAC systems, and RO Plants for our PET Plastic Injection Molding facilities.

Engr. Muhammad Akbar (Ex–P.E. at IEC) designed and installed the coastal region’s first and only proven, reliable and sustainable Seawater Intake ‘Infiltration Gallery’ delivering 0.3 MGD of seawater to support the operation of a 0.1 MGD SWRO Desalination Plant at the West Bay of Gwadar, GFHP Housing Complex. Originally commissioned in 2001 and later revamped in 2013–14, this system has been operating successfully for the past 24 years, setting a benchmark for sustainable and dependable seawater sourcing solutions.

Enerzone Engineering Services successfully modernized the 0.1 MGD SWRO containerized SWRO Desalination Plant and its direct seawater intake system from the RO/RO Jetty at Gwadar Port on an EPC–Turnkey basis, redesigning it into a pre-fabricated housed system with an advanced ERI-PX energy recovery solution. This milestone project was highly appreciated and inaugurated in April 2016 with a red-carpet ceremony attended by the Governor of Baluchistan, senior Chinese delegations, the Chairman COPHC and GITL, along with local authorities.
